Heather began her apprenticeship at Artistic Skin Design in 1994 and was fortunate enough to have the guidance and influence of some great artists. She continued to work there until 2004, when she decided to strike out on her own. She started Lady Luck Tattoo Phoenix in 2006 downtown, and moved to her current location in the old historic Bragg’s Pie Factory building in 2008. She enjoys a slower pace and more relaxed atmosphere; allowing her to focus more fully on her work. She also has been traveling to Seattle since 1998, where she works as a guest artist a couple times each year.
